Located
near the West Virginia State Capitol, Bluegrass features a beautiful dining-room
restored to it's circa 1920's look with pressed tin ceilings, exposed brick, an oak floor,
and a full-service bar. The decor expresses a connection to the arts. Many fine artists
live throughout the neighborhood, and
bluegrass serves as a gallery for their works.

Saturday 10am - 10ish pm (brunch 10am-3pm)
